De invoering van het BAMA systeem heeft ook gevolgen gehad voor de structuur van het promovendi traject in Nederland. De invoering van de tweejarige onderzoeksmaster (OZMA/RESMA) heeft ervoor gezorgd dat het promotietraject bij veel universiteiten korter is geworden. De OSK heeft daarom besloten om naast onderwijs voor promovendi een cursus aan te bieden aan OZMA/RESMA studenten.

On December 3, the Platform Moderne Kunst presents an afternoon with Charles Esche en Christiane Berndes of the Van Abbemuseum for Master students specializing in modern and contemporary art. The PMK is an initiative of the section of modern art of the Onderzoeksschool Kunstgeschiedenis (Dutch Graduate School of Art History). Its activities seek to foster a graduate culture among Dutch MA students in the history of modern art.
