OSK PhD seminar The Architecture of the PhD Thesis

The seminar explores different ways of structuring a PhD thesis in art history or history of architecture. Participants examine and discuss published examples and also present the (provisory) structure of their own thesis for further discussion. The course is useful for PhD candidates in their second or third year and for those working on the definitive structure of their thesis.

Teacher: Professor Thijs Weststeijn, Utrecht University.

Enrolment is possible until September 6th 2017. Please send an e-mail to info@onderzoekschoolkunstgeschiedenis.nl, stating your name, supervisor/s, (working) title of your dissertation and percentage of dissertation progress (e.g. 50% means half of the chapters written, 100% means thesis submitted).

External PhD candidates (buitenpromovendi) may enroll after presenting a letter of recommendation from their promotor.
